Small businesses are the lifeblood of our industry. If you own one and are the best at what you do, then apply for
the 2024 Best Small Automotive Business award and enjoy the boost you’ll receive when your customers and prospective customers learn you’re better than the rest.

The winning business will demonstrate best practice in areas such as
customer service, workplace policies and training, and marketing activities.

Category open to member-businesses: 15 staff or less (full time or part time).

Applicants can apply for a maximum of two separate award categories per member business.

Four criteria used to judge this award are:

1. Improvements to business

2. Skill development

3. Reduce environmental impact

4. Deliver excellent customer service

 Each criteria is worth up to 25 percent.
