President's Award - Employer Of The Year
Employers that run successful businesses, offer great customer experiences, and foster their staff are the ones that excel. The Employer of the Year award recognises and celebrates such people. These are the ones that embrace, promote, and value sound business practices, high customer satisfaction levels, and create great teams. The Employer of the Year can be a business or an individual. An employee may nominate the business or business owner. Alternatively, the business owner can nominate themselves for this award. Applicants can apply for a maximum of two separate award categories per member business.
Five criteria used to judge this award are:

2. Leadership
3. Employee education, training and personal development
4. Employee health, safety and satisfaction
5. Social and environmental responsibility
